It is with great pleasure that we invite you to Gothenburg, Sweden for the 20th Biennial World Council of Enterostomal Therapists Congress from 15th to 19th of June 2014 at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre located in the heart of the city. "Life is a journey not a destination" is the theme of the congress. When we are born we enter on a journey. Physically, mentally and socially the journey takes us anywhere throughout our lives. The patient with an ostomy, wound or continence problem enters the journey where he or she will meet ET nurses with the goal to provide the best care possible for the patient. The ET nurse enters on an educational journey meeting with colleagues and the industry, locally and internationally with the goal to share experiences and increase knowledge to develop the profession.
